Our Story
We started Unmatched because we'd lived the problem. As people leaders, we used separate tools for surveys, performance reviews, 360 feedback, and well-being — each generating data in its own silo. We had plenty of numbers but no real intelligence. Insights lived in spreadsheets, and by the time we acted, it was already too late.
We realized the problem wasn't a lack of tools — it was a lack of connection. What if every signal your people generate fed into one intelligence layer? What if that layer could predict burnout before it happens, surface disengagement before it spreads, and connect performance trends to well-being patterns?
That's what we built. And then we went further — adding AI agents that don't just surface insights, but act on them. Drafting reviews, analyzing survey results, generating action plans, scheduling check-ins. The operational work that used to consume 60% of a people team's time now runs in the background.
